Owner, JoAnn Moore has designed and directed events in the Vail Valley and Colorado High Country since 1981. JoAnn has achieved Certified Professional Wedding Consultant status through the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants. She is currently the only wedding consultant in the state of Colorado to receive this certification. She serves as the Colorado Chairperson for the Colorado Chapter of the ACPWC. JoAnn is also a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants a national association of Wedding Professionals. Many of the wedding’s JoAnn has designed have been featured in various publications including Rocky Mountain Bride Magazine, Vail Valley Wedding Guide, Premier Bride Magazine, Colorado Weddings Magazine and featured on American Bride TV. Mountains and Meadows Weddings and Events was featured in The Knot, Colorado and we won The Knot, Best of Weddings 2011. Mountains and Meadows Weddings and Events are also a member of the Vail Valley Partnership. JoAnn was voted “2007 Wedding Planner of the Year” by Rocky Mountain Bride Magazine and was one of three finalists for the Vail Valley Success Awards 2009 Small Business of the Year Award. Mountains and Meadows Weddings and Events also received the 2010 Brides Choice Award for excellence in quality, service and professionalism nominated by former clients and recognized by Wedding Wire.

Wedding Consultant and Wedding Design Choreographer, Mindy McNitt has always had a passion for design. Mindy received her Bachelor of Science degree in interior design from Colorado State University in 1999. She was a designer for the prestigious Slifer Designs in Edwards, Colorado and Home Reflections in South Fork, Colorado. After working in the interior design industry, she decided to pursue her dream of creating and designing events. She moved back to the Vail Valley and joined the Mountains and Meadows Weddings and Events team, where she is currently a wedding consultant.
Mindy’s attention to detail, creativity and imagination is sure to put your dream wedding into reality. Her design expertise is well noted in her custom wedding invitations which are creative, unique and elegant. Mindy’s graphics include invitations, programs, menu cards, place cards, Save the Date cards and welcome bags which will carry out the theme and design the any event.
Mindy has extensive training as a Wedding Consultant through the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants. Mindy is also a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants. Mindy is one of only three wedding consultants in the state of Colordo with her "Professional" title from ACPWC (Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants).
Wedding Coordinator Associate Jessica Costabile came to Mountains and Meadows Weddings and Events in 2009. Her love for weddings is evident in her energy and attention to detail in her work. She thrives to make the client’s every wish come to full vision from the smallest detail to the larger scope of design. Jessica graduated from Western Illinois University in 2008. Jessica’s interests include just about anything outdoors from snowboarding, hiking, and mountain biking.
Wedding Coordinator Associate Courtney Davis grew up in the Vail Valley with exceptional knowledge of Vail and the surrounding mountain communities. She is a college graduate from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 2009 in psychology and neuroscience. Courtney has been working with Mountains and Meadows Weddings and Events since 2007. Her youthful vision and excitement she brings to each and every event makes for an energetic atmosphere. She enjoys the challenges that each wedding and event brings. Courtney enjoys skiing, snowboarding, loves to travel and is very creative with crafts.
